Mr. Wang is the Chief Financial Officer at Molsentech, responsible for capital planning, financial management, and fundraising strategy. He holds an IMBA from IE Business School in Spain and a B.Sc. in Cell Biology and Genetics from the University of British Columbia in Canada.

With over a decade of experience in venture capital and corporate finance, Mr. Wang has held roles at SBI & Capital 22 in Japan, Enspire Capital in Singapore, HSBC Global Asset Management and Genus Capital Management in Canada, and Ernst & Young in Taiwan.

Throughout his VC career, he has evaluated more than 1,200 startups and executed over 20 cross-border transactions. He also served as a board observer for Gorilla Technology (NASDAQ: GRRR) prior to its IPO.

Mr. Wang’s expertise lies in financial strategy, capital efficiency, and cross-border investment, combining analytical rigor with a strong command of global financial markets.
