About the Role
As a Senior Bioinformatics Scientist, you will play a key role in advancing our diagnostic platform by designing, developing, and validating data-driven algorithms for genomic analysis. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams across biology, clinical research, and engineering to transform raw data into actionable medical insights that power our next-generation biochip technologies.
Responsibilities
Drive genomic data innovation to power next-generation diagnostic technologies.
Design and implement scalable pipelines for analyzing large-scale genomic datasets
Collaborate with R&D and AI teams to improve diagnostic sensitivity and specificity
Develop novel models to interpret DNA/RNA patterns and biological markers
Ensure data quality, reproducibility, and clinical relevance in outputs
Present findings in internal meetings and contribute to peer-reviewed publications
Maintain documentation for algorithms and pipelines for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
Design pipelines, analyze genomic data, and collaborate across teams to deliver clinical-grade insights.
Ph.D. or M.S. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or a related field
