Mr. Shih-Yu Yeh is based on the U.S. West Coast, overseeing the company’s business development and local operations across North America. He possesses extensive cross-industry experience spanning traditional transportation, electronics, education, and emerging ventures in the travel sector. After earning his MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Mr. Yeh briefly worked at a U.S. express delivery enterprise before joining Molsentech in 2016, where he played a key role in establishing the company’s early commercial foundation, including fundraising and English-language marketing initiatives.

In addition to participating in startup programs organized by the Taiwanese government to broaden professional networks, Mr. Yeh successfully represented the company in 2019 at a highly competitive selection process, where his team was chosen as one of four inaugural groups of the H. Spectrum & Merck Innovation Lab. He subsequently took part in that year’s Medica roadshow in Düsseldorf, Germany. In 2022, Mr. Yeh further assisted the company in securing a Ministry of Science and Technology grant to participate in US BIO Convention in San Diego, marking the company’s first step into the U.S. market. Later that year, the company was also admitted into the UC Berkeley SkyDeck accelerator program.
