Dr. Huang is the Board Supervisor at Molsentech. She is a physician-epidemiologist specializing in vaccine safety. She serves on the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) funded Safety Platform for Emergency vACcines (SPEAC) project, overseeing the quality and global applicability of its tools and standards across vaccine lifecycles. She is also a Scientific Advisory Board member of the Vaccine monitoring Collaboration for Europe (VAC4EU) and holds adjunct faculty appointments at National Taiwan University Global Health Program and Children’s Hospital. Formerly Chief Medical Officer at Taiwan Centers for Disease Control, Dr. Huang completed her Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) training at the U.S. CDC’s Immunization Safety Office and has led work across surveillance, field epidemiology, integration of social science in outbreak response, and real-world vaccine evaluation.
